Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At The New Salosaa Integrated LLC, we value your time and are committed to providing quality care to all of our patients. To ensure we can offer timely appointments to everyone, we kindly ask that you provide at least twenty-four hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
If you cancel with less than twenty-four hours’ notice or fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us, this may be considered a late cancellation or a no-show. In such cases, a cancellation or no-show fee may be applied to your account. These fees are necessary to cover administrative costs and the time reserved specifically for you. Repeated missed appointments without proper notice may also affect your ability to schedule future visits.
We understand that emergencies, illness, and unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to work with you in those circumstances. Our goal is never to penalize but to maintain fairness and respect for both our patients and providers.
